On the occasion of the commemoration of various centenaries linked to the figure of St. Francis of Assisi - among them, the eighth centenary of the composition of the hymn ‘Laude delle creature’ (1225-2025) - the Franciscan Family of Spain in collaboration with OE Oficina proposes a series of concerts designed to highlight the Franciscan musical legacy and its influence throughout the history of music.

The main objective of the project is to disseminate and revalue the repertoire composed by Capuchin and Franciscan musicians, as well as works inspired by Franciscan thought and spirituality in the field of chamber and choral music.

The series will take place in emblematic religious venues in the city of Madrid, closely linked to the Franciscan spirit:

• Basílica de Jesús de Medinaceli
• Iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Rosario
• Capilla del Hospital de la V.O.T.
• Iglesia de las Clarisas de la Anunciación
